Human is a funny animal.
Human can read animal.
But human can't read human.
Animal only has one aim.
Get stomach full.
Human has more than 100. Maybe 1001 aims in life.
Sometimes I have no idea why would a human like to stay late for work & come to office super early the next day. Continueously for 20years. Is that all in life?
Ya. I'm sure when you are happy about work place, colleagues, environment etc. But you still have a family at home waiting for you.
What is life all about? I'm curious.
My GM work like mad all day long. She handles the major 2 clients. Everyone in the office is practically under her. But to me, she does not suit this position. Everyone says she more like a snr manager.
After 7 solid days working in office, I only talk to one client. Met 2 of them. Don't knw anythg about the past history, past job, coatings and clients' background. I mean what they like, their working style etc.
GM handles everythg. Even call a girl for recording check her timing & book VO studio all done by her. Is she being secretive or she thinks I'm not capable?
Tomoro 9:30am supposed to go down to client's office to try the new product. Happened to be press check time too. I ask the ae who is currently serving her notice to help to attend the press check while I can bring the ppl down to try product.
Guess what?! Human is complicated enough to understand. GM told me she will go try the product while I go press chk. & the girl who is serving her notice now sit in office do nothg. While GM she herself told me she very busy. Yet she doesn't knw how to use the right resource.
If she so worry that anyone will steal her clients by jst attending meeting with clients privately, then thanks. You may wan to open door & let me leave.
I don't understand. Finally I decide to stick to my plan. I do what I can & I leave for better one. Argue won't solve problem.
I choose what I think my ears like to hear, what my eyes like to see, what my heart likes to feel & what my brain likes to remember. Happy can already!
Freeovely.
