I experienced a lousy service last nite with Tiger airways. which I've nv been in this irritated mood before.
Well, standard in both service and quality control have dropped drastically.
Air stewardress and Air steward:
- Broken english and bad pronouncation. (China girl, Malay girl and man both shit!)
- Ugly and huge body size (I know the min. standard height. So since you can hardly find a tall in height one, so find a tall in horizontal way rite?)
- look fresh and unprofessional (Isnt it a training? But they like working in a restaurant.)
The aircraft occupied by 98% of Malaysian. Malaysia Boleh! Malaysians are rich! We charter the whole flight to go KL. woohoo!! :) Yeah! yeah!
But...buttttt.... Malaysians are another no brainner! I think they bring back something extra home from SG - Kiasuness! And airline dont know how to control and take action.
Luggage bag! You are allowed to bring ONE luggage bag which is not heavier than 7kg. Everyone take lor! then later no need to queue and check out at custom mah. can straight away go out edi... *STUPID KIASUNESS*
Due to this stupidity the whole flight delayed. Ppl queue'g just to wait for each one of them find space to allocate the bag. And with the broken english, passangers dont understand what they want.
Eg: Keep the emergency door clear. no bag allowed under the seat.
Then tell them straight la and help them to place the bag away.OMG! the china stewardress tell the lady and the lady ask then what you want me to do? then she left. WAT THE!!!!!!!

We need to check bags and let them thru the computerize machine. And the stupid no brainner custom ppl all standing around and chit chating. My bag super heavy and they see and no action. They f'king asshole behind me was staring at me and never help! GENTLEMENT where??? All died!
No wonder my malaysian frens who has alittle standard will never go budget terminal and take budget airline. Or budget airline with alittle class like -Jetstar!

Exit is a door for your to escape not for you to block and show your ugly face! Keep clear!
Next time I will bring a bigger luggage bag ang run them down like bowling. Who block my way shall all die! Go to hell ok! Stupid no brainner!
Budget terminal with a no standard system. They should name it 'Standard-Free terminal'.
